Order Processing Time
We usually process and ship orders according to the following timeline:

- Some best-selling cigarette products may require pre-order, and these items are usually shipped within 2–5 business days.
- For cigarettes that need to be reserved in advance, please contact our online customer service first to confirm stock availability. If the item is temporarily out of stock, it will usually be shipped within 5 business days.
- During public holidays or special peak periods, shipment may be delayed accordingly.
- All orders come with a tracking number, so you can check the shipping status at any time.
